<Hidden Floor> is a study concept studio. The Minumsa World Literature Collection and various category books are naturally arranged. Feel free to use it for interviews, YouTube, product, and profile shoots :) *Facilities - 30 seconds from Exit 7 of Hapjeong Station, exclusive use of an 8 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) space (7th floor of an officetel) - Internal restroom - Hangers, indoor slippers - Conference table for 6 people (7 chairs) - Wall bookshelf - 6-socket multi-tap - Air conditioner (also serves as a heater) - Beam projector (can screen YouTube and Netflix without separate connection), Bluetooth speaker - Kitchen facilities (1 induction stove, hood): simple cooking is possible, so food shooting and consumption are also allowed. - Pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, plates, glass cups, wine glasses, cutlery *Lighting/Natural Light - You can freely turn on 8 indirect lights, including IKEA Nymone (floor) and Artemide Tizio (table). - The two main pendant lights can adjust brightness and color. - Ceiling: LED fluorescent lights (cool white) - There is a large window with a view of the building forest in the Hongdae area. - The window faces northeast, so direct sunlight does not come in much. However, the reflected light from the opposite buildings is sufficient, maintaining a gentle atmosphere during the day. - Blackout curtains can completely block external light. *Location/Parking - 30 seconds from Exit 7 of Hapjeong Station (Lines 2 and 6). - Parking: Paid parking available on the 1st floor of the building (1,000 won for 30 minutes) / Free after 7 PM on weekdays and on weekends (first come, first served). - If the building is full, please use nearby paid parking lots (Saeron Parking Lot, Yanghwajin Public Parking Lot, etc.). *Reservation - The minimum reservation time is 3 hours. - The standard capacity is 6 people. (according to Hourplace) - A first notification message will be sent upon payment completion. - Check-in information will be sent to the contact number you reserved the day before check-in in the evening. *[Hourplace Listing Review Event] If you promise to leave a review, we will add an extra hour to your usage time. Please send a message saying 'Participate in Review Event' after making a reservation. If there is a user for the next time or if it overlaps with the cleaning schedule, we can adjust the check-in time to be 1 hour earlier. If there are no reservations for the next time, you can contact us during the review event usage :)
