π Real Office Bangbae Station Usage Guidelines
1. If the number of people exceeds the standard capacity (10 people), an additional fee of 5,500 KRW per person per hour will be charged.
2. The reservation time includes time for cleaning and preparation, and you must adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
β- If you exceed by more than 10 minutes: a fee for 30 minutes will be charged.
β- If you exceed by more than 30 minutes: a fee for 1 hour will be charged.
3. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for water and drinks. If you have props for shooting, please consult in advance. (If unauthorized consumption is detected, a responsibility fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged.)
4. Please restore the space to its original condition after use, and if any damage is confirmed after check-out, a restoration fee (50,000 KRW) may be charged.
5. CCTV is in operation for theft prevention and facility management purposes.
6. If you need to move furniture or computers, please consult in advance.
7. When making a reservation for shooting purposes, please specify the details and purpose of the shoot.
8. If there is any carpet staining (from coffee, drinks, etc.), a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
