Studio Usage Precautions The Cottage House is an unmanned studio. You must open two consecutive doors, the fire exit door and the regular door, to enter the interior. The password for the fire exit door will be provided after the reservation is completed. The regular door is set to open 10 minutes before the reserved time, even if the previous time slot is empty. For teams using the last time slot, please turn off the two air conditioning units and all lights before exiting. To prevent contamination of the floor, furniture, and fabrics, food is strictly prohibited. (Coffee, bread, and gimbap are allowed. Please take any leftover food with you.) (If there are stains from coffee, food, or shoe prints on the floor or fabric that are difficult to remove, cleaning fees from a service provider will be charged, so please be careful to avoid contamination!) Although the floor is coated hardwood, it is vulnerable to scratches and stains. It is prohibited to attach tape to any floors or walls in the studio. If scratches occur while dragging mirrors or furniture, restoration fees will be charged. The reservation time includes preparation, wrap-up, and vehicle exit time. Please adhere strictly to the contracted time. A fee will be charged for delays of more than 10 minutes, and for delays of more than 30 minutes, a 1-hour fee will be charged. Light furniture can be moved, but main furniture such as sofas and tables must not be moved at all. If it is absolutely necessary to move them, please consult in advance. After moving furniture and props, please return them to their original positions before the end of your usage. (When moving any furniture, do not drag it; please carry it carefully with two people.)
