[Damage Caution] Please be careful of any damage that may occur while moving stands, lights, furniture, and other equipment. There are expensive plants that are part of the interior design, which are living and breathing. If it is necessary to move the plants or use them during the shoot, please inquire in advance or on-site. Be cautious of pot damage, direct breaking of plant branches, and leaf damage. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site together > Take photos > After checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] The host (on-site staff) is present in the internal office. If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Drinking beverages in the space is allowed. For eating, please contact the host in advance. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
