The entire painted walls, wooden floors, and fabric are vulnerable to stains, so we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this limitation. Please note that no consumption is allowed in any area other than the space designated by the host. [ Smoking Area Information ] Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot of this building. There are designated smoking area signs and small trash bins, so please use only the specified area. If you smoke or dispose of cigarette butts without regard to neighboring properties, you will be removed without warning. Please be aware that CCTV is recording, and compliance is mandatory. [ Time Management ] The time for preparation, equipment removal, and restoration to original condition is included in the usage time. Please adhere to the reserved time, and if you arrive early, entry is allowed only 10 minutes before your reservation. [ Damage Caution ] All furniture is custom-made, and in the event of damage to props, walls, floors, outdoor lighting, etc., the cost of the items or an estimate from the contractor will be charged. [ Heating and Cooling Restrictions ] The use of heating and cooling systems will be temporarily suspended if the door is open during filming. This is due to frequent malfunctions caused by extreme temperature differences, so please take note. [ Usage Precautions ] * During the spring and autumn seasons, this building is located in the mountains, so there are many insects. Please ensure that doors are closed properly after use and be cautious during outdoor shoots in the garden and backyard. * If a large number of props, food, or furniture are to be brought in according to the concept plan, prior consultation with the host is mandatory, and indoor cooking is not allowed. * If filming occurs in areas other than the reserved space without prior consultation, the cost of that space will be charged. * Pets are not allowed. * CCTV is installed for security and safety purposes.
