[ Parking Information ] Parking is available in front of the building. [ Water Usage ] If you fill the bathtub with water, an additional water usage fee will be charged, and it will take at least 2 hours, so please consult with the host in advance. [ Smoking Area Information ] Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot of this building. There are designated smoking area signs and a small trash can, so please use only the designated area. If you smoke and dispose of cigarette butts without regard for the neighboring houses, you will be removed without warning. Please note that CCTV is recording, and it must be adhered to. [ Time Management ] The time includes preparation for the shoot, equipment removal, and restoration to the original condition. Please adhere to the reserved time, and if you arrive early, entry is allowed only 10 minutes before your reservation. [ Damage Prevention ] All items are custom-made, and in case of damage to props, walls, floors, outdoor lighting, etc., the cost of the items or an estimate from the contractor will be charged. [ Usage Precautions ] * If you shoot in a space other than the reserved area without prior consultation, the cost of that space will be charged. * Pets are not allowed. * CCTV is installed for security and safety.
