Suitable for shooting with a real-life residential feel, such as newlywed couples' homes, young couples' homes, family homes with children, musicians, writers, painters, and creators.
Transportation
About a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Jeungsan Station.
Currently, only the 1F is available for rental (parking for 2 cars).
For full rental of 1F and 2F with a yard (parking for 4 cars), please refer to the host's other place.
🎥 Various Shooting Possibilities
Various types of shooting are possible, including CF, advertisements, movies, dramas, web dramas, entertainment shows, YouTube, short-form dramas, broadcast filming, graduation projects, music videos, and photo shoots.
🚗 Equipment and Art Setup
A van can access the yard, making it convenient to bring in shooting equipment and props.
Art setup, woodworking, and painting work are possible.
🌿 Yard Use
Basically, only the 1F is reserved, and there may be another shooting team on the 2F.
Yard use is not allowed.
🎬 Large Group Drama and Movie Shooting Possible
Large-scale shooting for 20 to 50 people or more is possible.
For drama and movie shooting, please inquire separately.
📷 Site Visit Guidance
Furniture, appliances, and props may change frequently, so please contact us before visiting for a site visit.
Inquiries are welcome for large group shooting / detached house / family home / newlywed couples' home / home with children / musician's home / writer's home / painter's home / creator's home / drama / movie / advertisement / retro shooting.
Place rules
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Prevention]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is limited to the number of spaces indicated.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
