🚦 Usage Rules The usage time is based on the check-in and check-out times, and includes the time for setting up and cleaning for the shoot. The same rate applies even if you finish earlier than the reserved time. There is no elevator in the studio, so please use the building's entrance stairs. All equipment and props must be brought on the day of the reservation, as storage is not available. You must separate and dispose of any trash generated during your use in the designated trash bins. Light snacks are allowed. If a large amount of food waste is generated, you must handle it yourself. For safety, CCTV is installed in the space. Please return any furniture and props used to their original positions. If there is any damage to the facilities or equipment after use, repair costs may be charged, so please be careful. The studio is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during your use. 🅿️ Parking Information One vehicle can be parked during the usage time. You must park only in the designated area. Other parking spots in front of the building may be towed. Additional vehicles must use nearby paid parking lots. The nearest public parking lot is: Gangbyeon Public Parking Lot / 1,200 KRW per hour / Height limit 2.1m Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Dulle-gil 47-5 📋 Site Visit Information Please let us know the date and time you wish to visit, and we will confirm. Since priority is given to rentals, please understand that even if you reserve a site visit schedule, we may request changes to the date and time if a rental is scheduled on the planned visit date. Parking in front of the building is not allowed on the day of the visit. The studio has a tendency to echo, and there is some ambient noise. If there is an event at the dance academy next door, there may be noise, but it can be coordinated after prior consultation. You can use the volume of the studio speakers at maximum. There are residents in the building. Please refrain from activities that may generate loud noises that can resonate throughout the building (such as drums, large speakers, etc.).
