It is a 12 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) studio that allows for various setups on all five sides. With clean white walls, vintage-feeling walls, a birch wall, large windows with blinds, and a velvet curtain backdrop, you can achieve diverse shoots with minimal movement. The floor is covered with a thick carpet, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Including original vintage chairs from a Norwegian theater, the space is enhanced with carefully selected furniture and props. * A discount is applied for bookings of 12 hours at a fixed rate. (420,000 KRW -> 300,000 KRW) / Please inquire in advance before booking. * The appropriate number of users is 4, and it can accommodate up to 6 people. [Time Compliance] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation will be requested. [Available Equipment] Full-length mirror, hangers, 10 coat hangers, folding table, steam iron, Bluetooth speaker, projector (prior consultation required for use), makeup room (blackout curtain type) [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Policy] Simple drinks and snacks are allowed. However, please collect any leftover food yourself.
