[Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. - Any movement of large furniture must be discussed in advance, and if furniture movement, picture hanging, or blackout sheet installation is not agreed upon, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Pre-visit] - Please conduct the pre-visit as a 1-hour reservation, and the pre-visit fee will be deducted if you proceed with the space reservation after the visit. - There is no separate fee for the pre-visit conducted after the reservation is confirmed (1 time). [Cooking Prohibition] - Light snacks are allowed. (Coffee, gimbap, sandwiches are allowed) - Cooking is not allowed, and please clean up after eating. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Smoking is only allowed in the 2nd-floor terrace space and designated areas within the apartment complex. - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not allowed. (Shooting is allowed in the terrace space) - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it before the closing time. - Our space is an all-white area, so even small stains are very noticeable. We would appreciate it if you could use coffee or cosmetics carefully to avoid contact with furniture or wallpaper. [Other Information] - Pre-agreed delivery or express service items can be stored, and items not agreed upon will not be stored and we will not be responsible for them. - Lost items will be discarded after one week. - All equipment and props must be taken on the same day, and additional fees may be charged for storage requests. - We are not responsible for losses or personal injuries due to unforeseen accidents. - Please comply with the above matters, and the responsibility for the use of the space lies with the user.
