Yeonnam-dong, a place attracting young creators and brands, We Are Yeon | Yeonnam Chapter (YEONNAM CHAPTER) Instagram @weareyeon We Are Yeon is an architectural space located in the alleys of Yeonnam-dong. It has received architectural awards for its architectural completeness and has been featured in architectural media such as SPACE (September 2023), Brick Magazine (2024), and Gam Magazine (March 2024). Yeonnam Chapter is a project space operated based on the 1st and 2nd floors of We Are Yeon, designed to go beyond simple rentals, allowing brands and creators to expand their own narratives within the context of Yeonnam-dong. Space Composition • 1-2F: Yeonnam Chapter (popup, shooting, project space) • Unique structure with a warm orange tone exterior and curves • Hallway that embodies the beauty of emptiness • Long land structure extending north-south Abundant natural light flows in through large windows and high ceilings, creating depth in the space with changing light and shadows throughout the day. A soft shooting environment can be secured even without artificial lighting. Unlike typical rectangular spaces, the vertical circulation and structural rhythm are alive, making it suitable for dynamic shooting. Basic Facilities • Parking for up to 3 cars • Wi-Fi available • Ceiling-mounted heating and cooling system (no additional equipment allowed) • Available 24 hours (late-night hours should be avoided if possible) • No smoking indoors (outdoor space on the 1st floor is allowed) • Restoration to original condition is mandatory upon checkout • Two external restrooms (separated by gender) available Hangers and tables / fitting room / mirror / stand-type steam iron available for use.

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
