[Punctuality] - Please ensure that the contracted time is strictly adhered to. - The usage fee is based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If you exceed the contracted filming time, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be cautious of any damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director’s chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please have a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will confirm on-site > take photos > verify the estimate and proceed with compensation request. [Staffing] If the set maximum number of staff is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to seek permission from the host first.
