[Time Management] - Please ensure to adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - In case of damage: we will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, additional payment may be requested. [Food and Drink Prohibition] To maintain a pleasant studio environment, the bringing in of meals is restricted. However, light snacks like sandwiches or coffee and drinks are welcome to satisfy your hunger during your stay! Please refrain from strong-smelling foods or soups for the sake of the next users, and kindly use external restaurants for substantial meals. [Etiquette] - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, please restore it to its original state before the end time.
