Helio City is a large apartment complex with about 10,000 units, featuring diverse landscaping, and is directly connected to Songpa Station on Line 8, making transportation convenient. There are supermarkets, Daiso, Olive Young, cafes, etc. within a 10-minute distance (for dining). Two parking spaces can be registered for free.

***Furniture arrangement may change continuously.
***Currently, there are baby mats and baby furniture in the living room.

Shooting is possible in the living room + kitchen + master bedroom + children's room, and if you wish to shoot in other spaces, prior arrangements can be made.

[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Host Presence]
- The host is present to facilitate the rental process, including place guidance and personnel checks.
[🚫Damage Warning]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
✔️Preparation: Floor scratches are common due to lighting stands. Please be sure to prepare tennis balls or tools to prevent scratches and place them under the lighting stands. If scratches occur due to this, we may request partial restoration costs.
✔️In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is prohibited.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
