1. The reservation time includes both entry and exit times, so please adhere to the schedule for the next booking! 2. A cleaning deposit and broken charge of [50,000 KRW] will be collected separately via bank transfer. If there are no issues after checking the facility's condition, a full rocket-speed refund will be provided. :) 7. All areas within the studio are non-smoking zones. Also, please do not throw cigarette butts into the studio after smoking outside. If violated, the deposit will not be refunded under the guise of cleaning. 8. CCTV is installed due to concerns about loss, theft, damage, and accidents. If you engage in behavior that obstructs the CCTV, you will be immediately removed regardless of the reason. [Reservation Change and Refund Policy] Please contact us at least 4 days before the reservation date for any changes to the reservation schedule. (Changes cannot be made within 3 days of the reservation date) 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days before the reservation date, 50% refund for cancellations made 3 days before the reservation date. No refunds for cancellations made after that.
