⚠️ Notice. Our studio does not allow early entry under any circumstances, and preparation and setup time are included in the reservation time. If you enter or start using the space without permission before the reservation time, additional charges may be incurred immediately. Additionally, if late check-out causes disruption to the next customer's usage time, all responsibilities and additional costs due to the delay will be charged to the customer using the space. We kindly ask for your compliance with these regulations to ensure a pleasant space operation. ⚠️ Please clean up food waste, recycle coffee, and dispose of trash before leaving. Despite the cleaning instructions provided, some guests leave without following them. Please be considerate of other customers and maintain good manners! ⚠️ Please make sure to turn OFF the air conditioning/heating and all indirect lighting. ⚠️ Please return the rail lights and all furniture to their original positions. -> In the case of rail lights, it can be difficult for the manager to restore them as they may not be able to reach them. If the rail lights are not restored, you may be asked to come back to restore them. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - Unauthorized entry beyond the reserved number of people will incur a charge of 50,000 KRW per person. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. - Unauthorized early entry and late check-out are not allowed. - A fee will be charged for one dog included in the number of people. (Manner belt must always be worn.) - We are not responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur due to your negligence. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Consumption of food and drink in the space is allowed, but if cleaning is not done afterward, additional cleaning fees may be charged. -> Please dispose of food waste and recycle properly. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is only provided for the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it before the closing time.
