Stylish Bar with Vintage Wooden Decor and Great Accessories in Mangwon-dong

This is a bar called Okai located in Mangwon-dong. One side has folding doors and a skylight, providing good natural light. When the folding doors are open, a lot of filming equipment can come in. There is a foldable awning above the folding doors and skylight, so it can be opened and closed. The staff can avoid the rain. The sidewalk in front of the store is quite wide, so many cameras have come without any inconvenience! The side of the building has an empty space, which is highly versatile for various uses. Usually, parking is done by word of mouth. The owner of the adjacent unit in the same building is also very kind and understands well during filming. There is no dedicated parking space, but the entire line right in front is a public parking lot. There is also a backyard where filming equipment and props from the existing store can be loaded. There is a restroom in the backyard. The interior of the store and the kitchen are always kept clean enough to feel confident for unexpected meetings. The production team for the Tving baseball show featuring Lim Chan-kyu was very satisfied. And… I get along really well with the local residents, so there are no complaints!!!! Special features. We open at 5 PM. The prices are for before opening, and after opening, we can negotiate the price! We have had full-day rentals before, and we have also had many rentals after opening hours! I’m not trying to charge more like a bad person, so feel free to inquire. I believe that good things come from being flexible and easy-going, haha. Thank you.
