1. Reservation and Usage Time *The reserved time includes both check-in and check-out times. (Including setup and cleanup time) *Additional charges will apply for exceeding the reserved time. 2. Facility and Equipment Usage *Props, furniture, and equipment provided in the studio will be charged for damages, contamination, loss, or destruction. *Please wear the provided indoor shoes while inside. *Before using the equipment, please familiarize yourself with the usage instructions and report any issues immediately. *If shoes are required, please ensure they are taped before use. *Please refrain from disassembling or relocating the equipment without permission. 3. Cleanliness and Cleanup *After using the studio, it must be restored to its original condition. (Return furniture and props to their original places) *Prior notification is required if bringing pets. *Please separate and dispose of trash properly. *All food items are prohibited except for water and beverages. 4. Safety and Prohibited Items *Indoor smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. *Flammable items (candles, fireworks, etc.) are not allowed for safety reasons. *Nailing, taping, or graffiti that causes damage to walls, floors, or furniture is not permitted. 5. Other *Please manage your personal belongings at your own risk. The studio is not responsible for any loss. *Cancellation and refund policies follow separate cancellation regulations. *CCTV is in operation for personnel checks and fire safety purposes.
