[Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. Please prepare a simple mat, blanket, or tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > Take photos > After checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] All food and drink consumption, except for beverages, is always prohibited inside the studio. In unavoidable cases, please be sure to obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of parking spaces. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it before the closing time. [Additional Safety Information] - Fire alarms and CCTV are installed for fire and crime prevention. - Recorded footage will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
