House with 7m High Ceilings and Abundant Sunshine

Hello! This is a regular family home filled with sunlight, with a ceiling height of 7m, where I live with four children and a large dog. It features a spacious open large island kitchen and a bright and cozy living room, allowing for various shooting atmospheres. Location - Approximately 27km from Gangnam Station (about 50 minutes by car) - Approximately 37km from Hongdae Entrance Station (about 1 hour by car) It is located in Deokso, Namyangju, which is accessible within 1 hour from downtown Seoul. Shooting Spaces • 1st floor master bedroom • 1st floor children's room • Kitchen • Veranda (shooting allowed) (You can store equipment and items in the laundry room.) ※ The 2nd floor room is not accessible. (However, the living room on the 2nd floor can be used, and shooting on the 1st floor is also possible.) ⸻ The floor is wooden, and the sofa is a modular fabric sofa. Furniture can be moved within the limits of not causing damage or breakage. A wood-burning stove is available for use. Props and household items can be used freely, and please return them to their original positions after use. The maximum number of visitors is up to 20 people, and parking is available for up to 6 cars. ⸻ <Shooting Hours> • 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. • Equipment setup and cleanup are included in the rental time. <Number of People> • Up to 20 people are allowed. <Damage Handling> • In case of damage to walls, floors, or furniture, you must receive a quote from the construction company and compensate for it. • In case of damage, we will check it on-site together, take photos, and provide a repair estimate. • To prevent damage to the floor and walls, please make sure to lay down blankets when installing shooting equipment to protect the house. <Food and Drink Prohibition> In unavoidable cases, please be sure to contact the host. Please clean up all trash generated during the shoot. <Pre-visit> • Pre-visits can be arranged at a mutually agreed time and date after consultation. • There is no fee for pre-visits for confirmed reservations, while pre-visits before booking cost 30,000 KRW. <Absolutely No Smoking> ⸻ Since this is a home where the host lives with children, please be sure to share the purpose and scale of the shoot when making a reservation.
