*Reservation Details
- Please provide the name of the person in charge, shooting space, and shooting content when making a reservation
- No adult content or exposure shooting allowed
*Please share your vehicle number in advance for parking. (No time limit)
*Please collect all trash generated on site.
*Rearranging items is allowed, just please return them to their original positions.
*If you need to rearrange furniture and props for the shoot, please inform us in advance, and we will rearrange them as much as possible.
*Site visits are possible: a fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged due to scheduling issues and no-shows, which will be refunded upon reservation.

Place rules
[Time Management]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Prevention]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: On-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, followed by a request for compensation.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding.
[Etiquette]
- Please maintain basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
