[Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. The internal structure may change at any time, and refunds or cancellations are not permitted. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - When shooting on the rooftop or indoors, please refrain from dangerous actions such as hanging over the railing. - Always pay attention to safety. The company is not responsible for any accidents that occur during the shoot. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
