The yard features a tree growing in the center, and the combination of walls, windows, and door frames creates an impressive three-dimensional perspective. Previously, there was a courtyard and a wooden wall, but now, when you open the main door, you will find not only the courtyard but also an expanded space, a pilotis, and a wide yard. You can adjust the level of openness for use. Additionally, there is a refurbished hut in the pilotis, which can be utilized for various creative setups during shoots. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and around sunset, the lighting and shadows emphasize the texture of the space, allowing you to experience completely different atmospheres at different times of the day. The journey from the end of the hallway to the end of the yard is quite long, making the flow using the stairs interesting. Therefore, it could also be fun to apply it to performances or shows. This is a place where static scenes and movement coexist, making it well-suited for various forms of creative activities such as installations, performances, and video shoots. Photos cannot fully capture its beauty. You are always welcome to visit for a tour. 📸 Recommended Uses Portrait and fashion shoots (various compositions can be created depending on the direction of light)

[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
