[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Night Reservations] Reservations during the time frame of 00:00-06:00 will incur an additional 50% charge. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Numbers] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. - Additional personnel cost: If the number exceeds the basic number of 2, an additional 11,000 KRW per additional person per hour will be charged. - e.g.) For 5 people using for 2 hours: 2 hours * 3 people * 11,000 KRW = 66,000 KRW additional [Equipment] The following equipment is available for free use: - SYNCO COLBOR CL60R *2 units - Rug box (extension cord) *1 unit - C-stand (Horus Bennu) *2 units - Other installed performance lighting and neon signs [Props] Basic props can be utilized/moved for shooting. However, since the props are optimized for the space, minimal tidying up must be done at the end so that the next reservation can proceed smoothly. Please make sure to do this. [Food and Drink] Consumption of alcohol or food, except for simple coffee or snacks, is prohibited. If it is necessary to have food or drink for the shoot, please discuss it in advance. [Minors] Please inform us in advance if minors will be present. (Advance notice is mandatory for preschool children)
