Please adhere to the check-in/check-out times and the number of reserved guests. - If additional guests arrive without prior agreement, charges will apply for the total reservation time regardless of the duration of stay. - If the check-out time is exceeded, the excess time will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be returned. - If you need to extend your time, please contact us by phone at least 20 minutes before the end of your usage. • Please wear indoor shoes after entering the studio. If you wear shoes for shooting, taping the floor is mandatory. • CCTV is recording 24 hours for security and check-in/check-out verification, except in the changing room. • Food other than simple drinks and desserts is not allowed. Please dispose of drink cups outside (they attract insects). • In case of damage to the studio walls, floors, furniture, shooting props, or equipment, the full cost of the items or repair fees will be charged. • Large furniture is prohibited from being moved for safety reasons, and props and shooting equipment must be organized in their original places before check-out. • Upon check-out, please turn off the heating/cooling system, return items to their original positions, turn off the lights, and lock the door.
