1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes) for fire safety and cleanliness. *A designated smoking area is provided in the outdoor rooftop alley behind the party room. 2. Full compensation is required for lost or damaged items, and we are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence. 3. Preparation and cleanup time are included within the reservation time. 4. After 10 PM, minors are not allowed to enter alone without a guardian, and illegal activities within the facility are prohibited. (Immediate eviction without refund if caught) 5. A cleaning deposit of 50,000 KRW is required, which will be refunded after check-out if there are no issues. 6. Deposit confirmation items: dishwashing and cleaning / waste separation and disposal / item damage and loss / furniture arrangement back to original position / stains / timely check-out / indoor smoking detection. 7. Food waste disposal in the restroom or discovery of vomit will result in non-refund of the deposit. 8. If additional guests enter beyond the reserved number, immediate eviction without refund may occur. 9. This is not an accommodation facility, and bedding, blankets, and toiletries provided in accommodation facilities are not available. 10.
