Hello, I am renting out a semi-basement house currently operating as a short-term rental for filming purposes. (There are 4 stairs at the entrance.) We have previously hosted shoots for Wavve dramas, independent films, and documentaries. Filming hours are available from 8 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and weekends, but if you let us know in advance, we can negotiate for times outside of these hours. You can use the living room, kitchen, 3 rooms, bathroom, and yard space. Outdoor filming is only allowed until 9 PM for the sake of the neighboring residents. The house faces south, so even in the semi-basement, there is good natural light. There is a park in front of the house, allowing for ample use of the yard. All props, tableware, and appliances inside the house can be used upon agreement, and please return them to their original state after use. (Damages will incur charges.) Parking is available for 2 cars right in front, and additional cars can be parked in nearby vacant spaces. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and please inform us in advance if you are bringing pets. Please ensure that any food waste/general trash and recyclables generated during filming are properly sorted and disposed of. Please bring your own bags for food waste/general trash. Please note that a fee will be charged for pre-visit inspections. However, no fee will be charged for inspections related to completed reservations. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to ask for the host's understanding first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is only allowed until 9 PM. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is allowed in empty spaces around the area beyond the indicated number of parking spots. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
