1. Reservation Information · Please check the real-time schedule before making a reservation. · The total amount will be processed as a prepayment. · Reservation changes can be made once up to 7 days before the usage date. · The penalty for cancellation is as follows: - Cancellation 7 days before: Full refund - Cancellation 5 to 6 days before: 30% penalty of the total amount - Cancellation 3 to 4 days before: 50% penalty of the total amount - Cancellation 2 days before to the day of: 100% penalty of the total amount 2. Usage Time Information · The reservation time includes preparation and cleanup time. · Please inquire about extending the usage time at least 30 minutes in advance. · If there is a subsequent reservation, extension is not possible, and additional fees will apply for delayed check-out. 3. Personnel Information · If the number of reserved persons differs from the actual number of users, a penalty fee will apply. 4. Facility Information · It is an unmanned operation, and it is a 15 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) south-facing studio. · The women's restroom is located at the end of the left hallway, and the men's restroom is at the end of the right hallway. · The provided items are as follows: - Tableware (large plates, small plates, bowls) - Mugs, wine glasses - Utensils (spoons, forks, knives, chopsticks) - Water purifier, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, wine opener, cooking tools (ladle, tongs, scissors, cutting board, knife) - Full-length mirror, hanger, clothes rack, iron, tape cleaner, wet wipes, small scissors - Bluetooth speaker, beam projector, tripod · Wearing indoor shoes is mandatory. Please tape the soles of shooting shoes at the entrance before use. · Please lift and move furniture instead of dragging it. Please return all used items to their original positions. · Please separate and dispose of trash at the entrance into plastic, cans, bottles, vinyl, paper, and food waste. · Compensation may be claimed for loss, damage, or contamination of items. · The interior is a non-smoking area, and smoking is only allowed in the designated area on the 2nd floor of the building. Immediate check-out and no refund will occur if smoking is detected. · Pets are not allowed. · We are not responsible for accidents due to personal negligence. · CCTV is installed inside for safety purposes. 5.
