This is a writer's studio and library located in a beautiful alley of a detached house in Yeonhui-dong. The first-floor space, originally used for work and creation, has been opened for shooting/rental purposes. (※ The second floor is separately available for ‘full rental’.) It features a small yard and a spacious interior, originally used as a gallery, with the option to switch to incandescent lighting, and there is space for 19 people to sit. One-day classes can be conducted here. Built in the 1980s, this detached house showcases a brick and partition structure, along with a well-preserved vintage bathroom. The lighting is also equipped with track lights, allowing for easy switching and arrangement of incandescent and daylight bulbs, enabling various moods depending on the shooting purpose. - Warm vintage mood - Bright and airy natural light mood - Minimal gallery mood (it becomes very bright when all lights are on) This space is particularly suitable for teams looking for an emotional atmosphere for independent films, web dramas, small brand shoots, interviews, lifestyle cuts, and editorial work. It is currently also operated as a writing room, making it suitable for writing and reading groups. There are vintage furniture pieces collected, including a table from the 1960s, a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a single sofa, and a daybed that can be freely used. There is also a yard table available. <Usage Guide> 🙋‍♂️ Capacity Optimal number of people: 3 Maximum number of people: 20 🚫 Prohibited Activities No parties/events allowed No loudspeakers or high-output music playback allowed Photographs must be taken before moving furniture and props → restoration to original position is mandatory 🚗 Parking It is recommended to use a nearby public parking lot after unloading equipment. There is an Ilroom parking lot within 100m. For an affordable option, I recommend the Yeonhui-mat-ro parking lot (3,000 won per hour). 🏡 Outdoor Shooting Only the yard and indoor space can be used. Due to traffic issues, outdoor shooting is difficult. In reality, the small yard is really cute and beautiful. 🕖 Shooting Time An additional charge of 1.5 times applies after 10 PM. 🧹 Cleaning Please tidy up the space and restore the furniture to its original position upon check-out. Detailed instructions regarding waste will be provided on-site. 🍽️ Food and Drink Simple food and drink are allowed with prior agreement. 🖥️ Other Equipment Marshall speaker is available for use. 🔍 Pre-Visit Pre-visits can be arranged within 30 minutes. Pre-visit fee is 10,000 won - refundable upon reservation.
