This space retains the vintage texture of an old standalone house. It is a two-story standalone house built in the 1980s, located in a high-end residential complex in Yeonhui-dong. The unique exterior features a structure of stacked pebbles, while the interior maintains brick walls, a spiral staircase, and a bathroom reminiscent of Hong Kong. It is a house with a dignified charm. There is a small yard with a table, the first floor serves as my studio, and the second floor is used as a living space. The first floor was previously used as a gallery, so it is equipped with track lighting, allowing for flexible use of lighting (incandescent lights, yellow bulbs, etc.), making it brighter than a typical studio when using all lights. The second floor is bright throughout the day. Each floor is spacious and bright at 20 pyeong. *The first floor is available for separate rental at a lower price. This page is for the total rental of both the first and second floors, and the second floor is not available for separate rental. This space is particularly suitable for brand lookbooks, advertising and campaign shoots, cinematic scenes, essay-like lifestyle cuts, book talks, workshops, and teams needing scenes that capture the entire space. <Space Features> 🏠 1st Floor — Gallery-style studio + small yard A circular gallery structure designed for shooting with walls, floors, and lighting all optimized for photography. Connected to a small yard, creating a natural flow between the outside and inside. A flexible lighting system with incandescent lights, daylight lights, and track lighting for mood changes. Available furnishings include a reclaimed wood table, vintage chairs, a single sofa, and a daybed. 🛏️ 2nd Floor — Full use of living space Living space with brick and partition wall structure that maintains the original form of a 1980s standalone house. Set up as an actual artist's home, ideal for staging everyday scenes. Strong for 'lifestyle emotion' shoots with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and small shelves. Favorable for interviews, brand videos, and dramatic cut productions with the house as a backdrop. Use of blankets incurs an additional fee of 5,000 won. 📷 Photo review cashback of 10,000 won. *Discounts are also available when sharing the completed shoot! The total space is approximately 40 pyeong. <Usage Guide> 🙋 Capacity Minimum 2 people Maximum 20 people (For more than 12 people, an additional fee of 5,500 won per person per hour applies; large-scale shoots are possible after consultation.)
