[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] - Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket, tennis balls, etc., and place them under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will be processed. [Number of Guests] - If the maximum number of guests set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] - Eating in the shooting space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. - ★ If you wish to use the party room, please leave a message for the host ★ [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the number of spaces indicated. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it before the end time.
