[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful not to damage the lighting, microphones, cameras, and other equipment. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Only one vehicle is provided with free parking service. Additional vehicles can park, but fees will apply. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
