• Living Room
The living room, which is the heart of House 401, features wooden floors, louvered walls, and cotton curtains that create a warm texture, setting the atmosphere of the space.
Vintage chairs, lighting, and small objects collected by the director over a long time are placed here, giving it a feel of "a scene where time stands still" rather than an ordinary living room.
During the day, natural light pours in deeply, softly enveloping the space, and in the evening, the warmth of vintage lighting adds another layer of mood.
It is a space that can capture both the warmth of life and the sensitivity of shooting.
• Kitchen
The kitchen of Unit 401 is brightened by lime-colored accents.
Vintage shelves and tables are arranged to match the colors on a kitchen that retains its 1990s structure, providing a lively and impressive shooting background.
The contrast between wood tones and lime colors naturally creates the unique rhythm of "Unit 401" in photographs.
• Room 1 (Study/Workspace Mood)
Room 1, composed of a metal cabinet, black table, and ball lighting, feels like a small hidden study within the house.
Just having paper, books, and objects placed here fills the room with a quiet working energy.
It blends naturally as a background for archiving cuts, brand shoots, and creative work.
• Room 2 (Gwangandaegyo View)
Room 2, with its spaciousness and mattress, captures the most "401-like" emotions.
Even within its simple composition, the view of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangandaegyo Bridge peeking through the window completes the uniqueness of this room.
This space shows different colors in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and is optimized for shooting that utilizes natural light and spaciousness.
• Room 3 (Gallery/Secondary Space)
Room 3 is a gallery-like room with plenty of space.
The atmosphere of the space changes instantly depending on what objects are placed in it, making it easy to stage according to the shooting concept.
It can also be used as a set room for brand lookbooks, product shoots, and small workshops.
• Bathroom
The bathroom of Unit 401 preserves the mosaic tiles from the 1990s.
This sense of the era blends with a modern mood, creating a unique scene where time and space intersect.
It is a space where attractive cuts can be made when you want to capture the depth unique to vintage spaces.
• Small Greenhouse
The small greenhouse located inside the house is a space where natural light deeply seeps through the glass windows.
Even with just plants, a table, and a book, it is a place where atmospheric lifestyle cuts can be completed.
It serves as a "small secret space" that many creators subtly love.
House 401 is a space where the lived texture of an old house is layered with vintage elements.
The light, spaciousness, views, and quiet warmth throughout create a single story, allowing any shoot to naturally blend into the scene.
