[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. In case of damage to provided items, the cost of repurchasing the same product based on restoration will be charged. (For discontinued products, the cost will be based on available retailers.) [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Cooking] Cooking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. (Delivery is allowed.) [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting is allowed in the vicinity. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - There are convenience stores, cafes, flower shops, and restaurants around the building. - The space is operated unmanned, and CCTV is installed for the safety and protection of items. - In case of contamination/damage to the space and items, separate cleaning fees will be charged, and compensation will be required for the same amount as the product purchase (please be careful with sofas, carpets, chairs, etc.!) - Only indoor shoes or new shoes may be worn indoors. If the shoes for shooting are not clean, please tape them (shoes worn outside are absolutely not allowed). - The location and arrangement of furniture and props may change. Please return props to their original places after use. (The kitchen zone display cabinet cannot be moved. Please carry other items and furniture instead of dragging them.) - Since this is a building used by many people, please be mindful of noise. Complaints may arise. (Please keep the noise from Bluetooth speakers and microphones particularly low.) - To minimize noise, please ensure that the glass door at the entrance is closed after entering the space. - Since this is not an accommodation space, shower facilities are not provided. - Please turn off heating/cooling and lights, and make sure to close the door when leaving. - Please separate and dispose of trash in the trash bin located at the back of the building. [Deposit Information] - A deposit of 50,000 won is required for space facility management and cleaning.
