📸 Som House Kitchen Studio Usage Rules ⏱ Usage Time Information The reserved usage time includes preparation, shooting, cleaning, and restoration time. Additional charges may apply if the reserved time is exceeded. Please clean up and restore the space to its original condition upon exit. 👥 Capacity Information The space is available based on the number of reserved guests, and prior consultation is required for additional guests. 🧹 Damage and Contamination In case of damage, loss of facilities and equipment, or excessive contamination, restoration costs may be charged. Please take all generated trash with you. 🚗 Parking Information One vehicle can be parked in front of the commercial space on the first floor. For two or more vehicles, please use the nearby public parking lot. Parking space is somewhat limited, and please be cautious of the air conditioning outdoor unit in front of the store when parking. 📹 CCTV Information CCTV is installed inside the space for facility management and safety purposes. It is not installed in areas where privacy protection is needed, such as restrooms. 🛋 Space and Furniture Usage Moving furniture and props is allowed, but please return them to their original positions before exiting. Be careful not to damage the walls, furniture, or equipment. Using tape or adhesives on walls or furniture is not allowed. 🔌 Shooting Related Information This space is suitable for natural light shooting. Personal shooting equipment can be brought in. Lighting, props, and mini tripods can be used. 🔇 Noise and Space Manners Loud voices, loud music, and group parties are not allowed. Please be particularly mindful of noise as this is a residential and commercial area. Especially during late hours, please consider the surrounding neighbors. 🍳 Kitchen Usage Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the kitchen. Basic cleaning, washing, and disposal of food waste are mandatory after use. Please prepare your own ingredients and seasonings. 🔐 Access Information The access password will be provided about 20 minutes before the reservation date. 👶 Accompanying Children If bringing children, the responsibility for supervision and safety lies with the guardian. 🐾 Pets Well-trained pets may be allowed after prior consultation. ⭐ Review Event Information If you leave a 5-star review along with well-taken photos after your usage, we are offering an additional hour as a bonus.
