[Atelier LEIVING] A duplex space with an atelier mood It features a unique main space with distinctive interior design, a café-style kitchen, and an exotic duplex loft, allowing for various space arrangements. ◾️ Location: Near Salooga Mart in Yeonhui-dong (3 minutes away) ◾️ High ceiling and two-sided large windows for natural light ◾️ Space configuration (only whole space rental available) - 1st floor: Main space + Kitchen (café) - 2nd floor (duplex): Loft space ◾️ Shooting - Influencer shoots - Fashion lookbook / online store shoots - Live broadcasts - Brand events (pop-ups, flea markets, showcases, etc.) - YouTube shoots - Podcast shoots / educational broadcasts - Music videos / advertisement videos - Interview shoots - Video content shoots - Product shoots ◾️ Brand pop-up and flea market rentals : Please inquire separately :) ◾️ Standard capacity: 3 people / Additional people: 5,500 KRW per hour ◾️ Maximum capacity: 10 people ◾️ No parking available (use the parking lot at Salooga Mart, 3 minutes on foot) ◾️ You can temporarily stop in the alley in front of the building for moving items. ◾️ You need to go up twice from the 2nd floor or outside. There is no elevator. ◾️ Please contact us if you need a pre-visit. *Furniture and props may vary or be replaced depending on studio conditions. *In case of contamination or damage to walls/floors/furniture/props in the studio, the cost of items and repair fees will be charged. *CCTV is installed and operated for fire prevention, theft, and facility management. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Please prepare a simple mat, blanket, or tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: on-site confirmation > photo documentation > estimate confirmation, and then compensation request will proceed. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
