LivLab Studio is a 28 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) large studio located a 5-minute walk from Daehung Station, near Hongdae and Hapjeong. It is suitable for YouTube shoots, interviews, product photography, live commerce, and profile shoots, and you can use 5 different concept zones in one space. With a quiet indoor environment, convenient parking, indoor restrooms, and various props, it is recommended for small brands, creators, and corporate shoots.

Place rules
[Punctuality]
- Please strictly adhere to the contracted time.
- The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time].
- Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time.
- If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment.
[Damage Caution]
Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment.
- Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment.
- In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request.
[Staff Count]
If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
[No Eating]
Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host.
[Etiquette]
- Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents.
- Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed.
- All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up.
- Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated.
- If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
[Refund Policy]
100% refund for cancellations made 4 days in advance.
0% refund for cancellations made 3 days in advance to the day of the shoot.
