Studio Ondam is a rental studio available for exclusive use, with a size of approximately 30 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft). In the morning, the bedroom creates a warm sunlight mood throughout the space with natural light flowing into the living room and kitchen in the afternoon. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are each styled with different props and decorations, embodying the atmosphere of a stylish European home. Large windows are placed throughout to allow abundant natural light to fill the entire interior, and an internal restroom is available, providing a more comfortable and convenient space. 🧺 <Usage Guide> - 1H 55,000 KRW - Basic reservations can be made from 2 hours. - Basic capacity: 4 people - For additional people, 5,500 KRW per person - Changes and cancellations: * 100% penalty for cancellations made the day before or on the same day * 50% penalty for cancellations made within 7 days - Usage time includes preparation and wrap-up time. * If exceeding 10 minutes, a charge for 30 minutes will apply. * If exceeding 30 minutes, a charge for 1 hour will apply. - Address: 2F, 59-21 Junggok-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul - Parking: 1 car can park on the ground floor of the building. * If parking is not possible or difficult due to circumstances within the building, please use the public parking lot located 5 minutes on foot. <Cautions> - Please exit on time. - Please return the furniture and props used to their original positions 10 minutes before exiting. - There is no elevator in the building. - In case of damage to furniture or props, the cost of the items will be charged. - Eating is not allowed in the studio. - Simple snacks and drinks are allowed, but please dispose of them in the recycling bin provided in the break room. - Pets are not allowed. * CCTV is in operation in the studio for entry and exit management. <Available Items> Full-length mirror, portable mirror, portable hanger, steam iron, wet wipes, tissues, lint roller, scissors, hairpins, hair ties
