[Timeliness] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted times. - The rental fee is based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for setup, equipment withdrawal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted hours. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Precautions] Please be careful not to damage the wooden floors and wallpaper with tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Items to prepare: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Verification on-site > photo documentation > after checking the estimate, compensation requests will proceed. [Staff Count] - If the set maximum number of staff is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Safety Rules] - Please exercise caution during filming as the terrace railing is low and presents a fall hazard. For safety reasons, sitting on the railing is strictly prohibited. The reservation holder is responsible for any accidents occurring due to non-compliance with safety rules. [Prohibition of Eating] - Eating inside the space is generally prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances, please ask the host for permission in advance. - If there are leftover food items, we would appreciate it if you could place them in the designated food waste bin that is prepared. - Please separate and dispose of general and recyclable waste in the provided bins.
