[Damage Precautions] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] - If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Safety Rules] - The terrace railing is low, posing a risk of falling, so please exercise special caution during the shoot. Sitting on the railing for poses is prohibited for safety reasons. The reservation holder is responsible for any accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety rules. [Food and Drink Prohibition] - Eating and drinking in the space is generally prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. - Please dispose of leftover food in the designated food waste bin prepared for general waste. - Please separate and dispose of general waste and recyclable waste in the provided bins.
