[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the agreed-upon time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for setup, equipment removal, and returning the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be cautious of damage to wood floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Items to prepare: Please lay down a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls under your equipment. - In case of damage: Inspect the damage together on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then process the compensation request. [Staff Numbers] - If the specified maximum number of staff is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Safety Rules] - Please be especially careful when shooting, as the terrace railing is low and poses a risk of falling. For safety reasons, sitting on the railing for photos is prohibited. The booking party is responsible for any accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety rules. [Food and Drink Prohibition] - Eating and drinking inside the space are generally prohibited. In unavoidable cases, please obtain prior permission from the host. - We kindly ask you to dispose of leftover food in the designated food waste bin prepared for it. - Please separate and dispose of general waste and recyclable waste in the provided bins.
