It is a private space of about 10 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft)✨️, and it has a private bathroom for comfortable use. 🎈 There are many inquiries for short-form personal content shooting. 🎈 Lookbook/shopping mall shooting And there are also many inquiries for: 🎥 Web drama shooting 📽 Interview shooting ✅️ The space is furnished with a leather sofa, mid-century style standing lamps, metal frame table & chairs, a metal hanger, and design stools, along with dedicated continuous lighting for shooting, a smartphone tripod, and a full-length mirror. ✅️ It is equipped with a large heating and cooling unit + wall-mounted air conditioner, so you can use it warm in winter and cool in summer. ✅️ With a beam projector and large TV screen, LP turntable, and soundbar, there are many inquiries for reservations for meeting rooms and party rooms as well (please inquire separately). ❗️ Please note that it is a 5th-floor private use space with no elevator. ❗️ Shoes must be removed inside. If you need to shoot while wearing shoes, please let us know in advance. After use, please clean the floor with wet wipes. (If you proceed without prior notice, additional cleaning fees will apply.) ❗️ For same-day reservations or late-night reservations the day before, please be sure to confirm the availability with the host before payment and reservation confirmation.⚠️⚠️ (Reservations are accepted through multiple platforms, so there may be delays in real-time reservation updates. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > proceed with compensation request after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. (Please organize it in the recycling bin in the 5th-floor hallway) - Parking is provided only for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
