[Damage Awareness] Please be cautious of damage to wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Bring items such as a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under your equipment. - In case of damage: check on-site together > take photos > proceed with compensation request after confirming the estimate. [Staff Limit] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food Restrictions] Eating is always prohibited in the space. In unavoidable circumstances, please ask the host for prior permission. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the sake of nearby residents. - Outdoor shooting in the surrounding area is not permitted. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the arrangement or structure of existing furniture, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
