[Location Information] - 20 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) south-east facing space with large windows / good natural light on the 1st floor. - Private parking is available in the building. (1 vehicle free, can accommodate a Carnival) - If additional parking is needed, paid parking areas nearby can be used. (Search for "Nuaijite" on the 'Everyone's Parking' app, shared parking lot right in front / or a small public parking lot in Siheung 1-dong, a 2-minute walk away) [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] - Please wear the provided indoor slippers within the space. Only shoes that have not been worn outside can be used for shooting. - For safety, the use of candles and any open flames is prohibited; the entire area is a non-smoking space. - Please be careful to avoid damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by equipment. - If damage or contamination occurs to furniture and props, costs may be charged. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Food and drink are not allowed except for party room & bridal shower reservations. If necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, please restore it to its original state before the end time.
