[Damage Caution] Please be careful of the floor and damage caused by tripods, lighting use, and moving furniture. In case of damage, please take immediate photos and notify us. After confirming the estimate, we will proceed with the compensation request. [Number of Guests] If the number of guests exceeds the set limit, the host may request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating is prohibited in the space except for simple beverages. If necessary, please be sure to ask for the host's permission in advance. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - You must clean up any trash generated during the shoot. - Parking is available for more than 3 vehicles in the designated area right in front of the entrance. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. - Please notify us in advance if you wish to use the kitchen (induction, refrigerator, etc.).
