[Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink] Simple food and drink are allowed. 🎬 Conditions Available hours: 10 AM to 10 PM Number of people: Appropriate number for the basic shooting team / Large shoots of 15 or more are restricted (This is a policy to prevent noise complaints 🙏) In case of exceeding time: Additional fees will apply according to the policy. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it before the end time.
