A deposit of 50,000 KRW is required when consuming food, so please contact the host. (The refund of the deposit may be restricted depending on the condition of use.) **An additional fee will be charged for reservations of 4 or more people on Naver Place. Please be sure to contact the host in advance for smooth usage. Thank you. 1. Check-in time: Please check in on time and complete check-out 5 minutes before the end. (Early check-in is possible after contacting customer service) 2. Loss and damage of items: You will be charged for the cost of lost or damaged items. (Due to the risk of damage, moving the full-length mirror is strictly prohibited!) 3. Food consumption (deposit of 50,000 KRW): Food must be consumed on the table, and if stains occur on the sofa or carpet, cleaning fees will be charged, and if restoration is not possible, you will be charged for the cost. 4. No dishware or cooking utensils provided: Cooking is not allowed, but bringing in food and beverages, as well as delivery food, is permitted. 5. Restoration of location: If you change the position of furniture or move and use props, stands, or the TV, please restore it to its original state at the time of check-in. 6. Trash disposal: Please dispose of general waste and recyclables in the trash bin, and food waste in the separately provided container. If the container is full, please dispose of it on the 2nd basement floor. 7. Home camera installation: A home camera is installed for accidents, loss, and personnel verification. It will not be checked for any other purpose. If the camera's position is changed or tampered with, you will be asked to check out. 8. Caution against damage: You may be charged for restoration costs if the interior is damaged. 9. Other precautions: A fee for 4 people will apply even if fewer than 4 people use the space. Smoking, excessive drinking, or loud noise that causes complaints will result in check-out. 10.
