This is Human Scenes Studio, the optimal visual space for shooting creators and artists. Our studio is located on the 3rd floor of the building, providing the best lighting conditions with deep and soft natural light pouring in without obstruction of the surrounding view. There is a 3-sided white cyclorama measuring 5m in width, 4.5m in depth, and 3.3m in height. It is possible to shoot emotional portrait photos, brand lookbooks, and live commercial videos in natural light, as well as professional setups tailored to your creative intent with our lighting system, diffusers, and professional lighting equipment infrastructure. Beyond just a shooting space, we also operate a lounge area with a sensory furniture arrangement and modern interior. The space can be utilized in various ways as a meeting area for on-site communication, a waiting room, or a spot for shooting styled cuts, allowing for a comfortable experience even for projects involving multiple staff members. [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If unavoidable, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it before the end time.
