[Space Usage Guidelines] • The reservation time includes entry, exit, and cleaning time. Please adhere to the reservation time for the sake of other users. • You must remove external shoes inside the space. If you wear shoes for shooting, taping or shoe covers are mandatory. • If a large amount of recyclables and food waste is generated from props or food, you must dispose of them yourself. Disposal location: Dedicated disposal site at 66-3 Itaewon-dong (inside the cage between this building and CU convenience store). • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. If indoor smoking, including e-cigarettes, is detected, you may be asked to leave immediately and a separate cleaning fee may be charged. • Please turn off all lights and electronic devices (speakers, heating/cooling units, etc.) before leaving. • If you bring pets, you must prepare your own pet pads and supplies, and you must clean up any waste and mess yourself. • The space is not responsible for any safety accidents or loss of personal belongings that occur during your use. • CCTV is in operation throughout the space for safety and facility management. [Furniture and Props Precautions] • The sofa, wave table, and long bench are non-movable furniture. If you need to move or exclude furniture for special events such as rentals or pop-ups, please inquire in advance. • For movable furniture, please carry it by hand, and please return all furniture and props to their original positions before leaving. • In case of contamination or damage to facilities and supplies, restoration, replacement costs, and operational loss costs may be charged.
