[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If you exceed the contracted check-out time, an additional hour's fee will be charged. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. Especially indoors, you must wear the provided indoor slippers. For shooting shoes, taping is mandatory. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is available for 1 vehicle; please inquire. - Food items are not allowed to be brought in or consumed, except for simple drinks and snacks. - Existing furniture arrangements and structures cannot be changed arbitrarily. If necessary, please consult with the host in advance.
