[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time. ⚠️ Important Notes ⚠️ 1. Please strictly adhere to the reservation time; if you are more than 10 minutes late for check-out, a fee for 30 minutes will be charged. 2. In case of damage to the interior, furniture, and props, a 100% compensation fee will be charged, so please be especially careful. 3. Smelly foods are not allowed except for beverages and desserts. 4. The studio is a non-smoking area. If caught smoking, you may be required to leave immediately. 5. Indoor shoes must be worn indoors. Please tape your shooting shoes. 6. We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence, and entry of minors without a guardian is prohibited after 10 PM. 7. For the safety of visitors and facility management, CCTV is recording continuously 24 hours. If you cover or turn off the camera, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
